Who should use the Delivery API
The Delivery API is best suited for partners who
Have a dedicated technical team or external development partner
Operate an in-house delivery program with their own drivers
Use a delivery management or routing system to manage those drivers
Want to reduce manual work and improve delivery tracking across many orders or locations
Important Requirement
Orders must be delivered by your own drivers
Third party delivery providers are not supported and will not meet ezCater’s tracking requirements
The Delivery API only supports in-house delivery tracking
