There are various cases where errors happen:
a specific resource does not exist
The delivery time is too close to perform an action
a value is invalid

}NOTE: In these cases, we'll send back the errors in a top-level errors key and the top-level data key may or may not contain data based on the type of error. The errors will be in an array in case there is more than 1 error.
