New Delivery Created
We will send a delivery_created webhook notification when you are assigned a delivery. You then must either accept or reject the delivery using our mutations:
acceptDelivery [link → Mutations] - Accept a pending delivery initiated by our webhook.
rejectDelivery [link → Mutations] - Reject a pending delivery initiated by our webhook; this delivery will no longer be available once rejected.
Existing Delivery Modified
We will send a delivery_modified webhook notification when a delivery has been updated. You then must either accept or reject the delivery using our mutations:
acceptDelivery [link → Mutations] - Accept a pending delivery initiated by our webhook.
rejectDelivery [link → Mutations] - Reject a pending delivery initiated by our webhook; this delivery will no longer be available once rejected.
Existing Delivery Cancelled
We will send a delivery_cancelled webhook notification when a delivery has been cancelled. You do not need to take any action.
Delivery in Progress
Your driver has started the delivery and you are sending us events:
Create Driver Tracking Event [link → Mutations] - These are the events you send when the delivery is en route. This will consist of sending coordinates of the location of the driver and a timestamp. Our expectation is to receive tracking events with location information every 30 seconds when a delivery is in progress. We require tracking information every 30 seconds at a minimum and every 15 seconds at a maximum. We will not accept tracking events more frequently than once every 15 seconds, nor will we accept tracking events more than 45 minutes prior to the expected pickup time.
