A normal delivery priority, this is default for all deliveries.

A delivery that needs higher priority.

NONE

No setup is required from the driver. The driver should hand the food directly to the customer on site whenever possible. Food should never be left unattended unless directed by the customer or ezCater support. If the customer requests standard setup upon arrival, the driver should oblige and ensure photo proof of delivery and set up.

STANDARD

Basic setup is required from the driver. This includes unpacking the food from delivery bags and arranging it neatly at the drop-off location. It does not include opening food containers, lighting sternos, or handling other hot kit items.
