What is Reliability Rockstar?

Reliability Rockstar is a recognition program that:

  • Celebrates locations that consistently deliver orders on time, in full, and exactly as expected

  • Helps business customers quickly find the most dependable restaurants on ezCater

  • Rewards great performance with greater visibility on the Marketplace

There are

  • No signup forms to fill out

  • No fees to participate

If your location meets the criteria, it will automatically earn the Reliability Rockstar badge

Qualifications for Reliability Rockstar

Reliability Rockstar status is evaluated at the location level using a rolling 90‑day window. Each location must meet all of the criteria below

Order volume

  • At least 6 or more Marketplace orders in the last 90 days

Reliability metrics

Your location must meet or exceed these standards over the last 90 days

  • Rejection rate

    • Less than 0.5%

  • Cancellation rate

    • 0% restaurant‑initiated cancellations

  • Order accuracy

    • At least 99% of orders have no customer‑reported issues

  • On‑time

    • At least 98.5% of deliveries arrive within the promised delivery window

    • When using Dispatch this will be measured with the Food Ready for Dispatch metric

  • Delivery tracking

    • At least 75% of delivery orders have tracking and status updates

If a location falls below any of these thresholds in the 90‑day window, it can temporarily lose Rockstar status until performance improves

Locations that qualify for Reliability Rockstar receive:

  • You can use the Operational Metrics tab in the Partner Portal to track progress against these goals and coach individual locations

How do I become a Reliability Rockstar?

  • Meet the volume requirement of 6+ Marketplace orders in the last 90 days

  • Hit or exceed all of the metric goals listed above for that same 90‑day period

Do I need to apply or pay to join the program?

  • No

  • There is no application and no fee

  • ezCater automatically evaluates your performance and applies the badge when you qualify

Is Rockstar status at the brand level or store level?

  • Reliability Rockstar is evaluated at the location (store) level

  • Some locations in a brand may qualify while others are still working toward the standards

How often is Rockstar eligibility evaluated?

  • ezCater looks at a rolling 90‑day window

  • As new orders come in, older orders roll off and your status can update over time based on the most recent 90 days

What happens if my metrics drop below the Rockstar standards?

  • Your location may lose the Rockstar badge until metrics improve

  • You will still see your performance in the Operational Metrics tab and can focus on

    • Reducing rejections and cancellations

    • Improving on‑time delivery and tracking

    • Tightening order accuracy

Do Online Ordering or other channels count toward Rockstar metrics?

  • Reliability Rockstar is based on Marketplace orders and their associated reliability metrics

  • Other channels may appear in your broader Operational Metrics view, but Rockstar eligibility focuses on your Marketplace performance

Where can I see how close I am to qualifying?

  • Go to the Operational Metrics tab in the Partner Portal

  • Review your

    • Rejection rate

    • Cancellation rate

    • Order accuracy

    • On‑time rating
