Use marketplace performance reporting to understand the return on your marketing spend
Operations and reliability
Pair Performance data with Operational Metrics to connect reliability improvements to sales growth

Reverting to the Previous Performance Page (temporary)

Click this link if you prefer to temporarily use the older Performance view.
This option will only be available for a limited time as we transition all partners to the new experience.
Reviews tab overview
The Reviews tab shows feedback from customers who ordered from your locations on ezCater
Reading and acting on reviews helps you:
Understand what customers love about your food and service
Spot recurring issues early and fix them
Improve your average star rating, which feeds into Operational Metrics and Reliability Rockstar
What you’ll see on the Reviews tab
See reviews for all, or specific locations
View the star rating and comments from customers on each order
Access the order from each review for a deeper look into order issues and compensation
Use this tab regularly to get a quick pulse on how customers feel about your catering
Why reviews matter
Reviews help other customers decide where to order
A strong average rating supports your overall Operational Metrics and Reliability Rockstar qualifications
Detailed comments give you specific, real‑world examples of what went well or what needs improvement
You can use reviews to:
Recognize staff when customers call out great service or quality
Identify and fix process issues such as labeling, packaging, or communication at certain stores
Validate that changes you’ve made — like updating packaging or adjusting lead times — are improving the customer experience
How we collect and incentivize reviews
ezCater invites customers to leave a review after their order is completed via follow‑up email or in‑product prompts
Customers are provided Rewards for each review, which can be used for money off future orders or cashed out for Amazon gift cards
Restaurants cannot choose which customers are asked to review
Review removal policy
ezCater aims to keep reviews as accurate and transparent as possible. That means we generally do not remove reviews just because they are negative
In limited cases, a review may be edited or removed when:
It clearly violates content standards such as
Hate speech or harassment
Threats, slurs, or explicit profanity
Sensitive personal information about staff or customers
It is about the wrong restaurant or location
For example, it clearly describes another concept or city
It is primarily about a platform or billing issue outside the restaurant’s control and not tied to food or service
If you believe a review should be reviewed for removal
Contact [email protected]
Provide:
Restaurant name and location
Order number if available
A short explanation of why you believe the review violates policy or is about the wrong store
ezCater will investigate and decide whether any action is appropriate. In many cases, the best approach is to fix the underlying issue and focus on earning better reviews going forward
By making regular use of both the Performance tab and the Reviews tab in the Partner Portal, you can see:
How much business ezCater is driving to your restaurants
How customers feel about their experience
Together, these tools help you grow your catering revenue while delivering reliable, five‑star experiences for every order
