This article gives a walkthrough of both the web‑based version of the Partner Portal and the mobile app and explains how to access and log in to each

Accessing the Partner Portal and logging in

You can use the Partner Portal in two ways

  • Web browser

  • ezCater for Restaurants App

    • Search for ezCater Partner Portal

    • Download and install the app

    • Open the app and choose Sign in to Partner Portal

    • Log in using the same email and password you use for the web version

Partner Portal on web

The web version of the Partner Portal is your full‑featured command center for managing orders, performance, and account settings.

Home experience and navigation

After signing in to the Partner Portal you’ll see:

  • A main navigation bar with tabs including

    • Orders

    • Delivery

    • Operational Metrics

    • Financials

    • Marketing

    • Settings

  • Upcoming Orders

    • This is the page view you land on upon sign in

Orders: viewing and managing catering orders

Use the Orders tab to see everything coming in and going out:

  • See Upcoming, Completed, Rejected and Canceled orders

  • View orders that need your attention

  • Click on any order number in your portal to open the order details page

Action Needed

The Action needed section is at the top of the Upcoming orders page. Here you'll see any order that needs your attention and action including:

  • New orders that need to be accepted

  • Customer order modifications

  • Orders that need to be reconfirmed

  • Customer cancellations

  • Assign Driver reminders

Order details page

On the order details page you'll see a full breakdown of the order:

  • Customer delivery time and delivery window

  • Business name and delivery address

  • On-site contact information (self-delivery only)

  • Food and beverage breakdown

  • Financial breakdown

  • Order issues (completed orders)

You can take action from this page including:

  • Accept and reconfirm orders

  • Print the order

  • Assign a driver or request Dispatch

  • Create an order request

  • Dispute an order issue

Delivery: manage drivers and deliveries

The Delivery tab is where you can set delivery for individual orders, manage your fleet of in-house delivery drivers, and understand your delivery performance

Here you can:

  • Assign drivers or request Dispatch on upcoming orders

  • Track in-progress or completed deliveries

  • Add and edit in-house delivery drivers

  • Configure Dispatch settings to have certain orders automatically routed to our delivery partners

  • Monitor your delivery operations for tracking and on-time performance

Operational Metrics & Reliability Rockstar

Operational Metrics

Operational metrics will show your restaurant's overall order performance and how you stack up against our operational standards. Choose to view all locations at once or pick a specific location to view order insights. Check out this article to learn more

Reliability Rockstar

This tab will show you if you are currently a "Reliability Rockstar" or what you need to qualify. Being a Rockstar will help your overall search ranking and increase your visibility to ezCater customers. Read more here about this performance-based program.

Performance

The Performance tab shows you your Marketplace performance, not just sales data. Understand your orders, sales, and menu views over time, and compare to same time last year to see how you're trending. Read more here about this dashboard.

Financials

The Financials tab is where you track payouts from ezCater. Here you can:

  • View your weekly payments and pay periods

  • Click into any payment to see a full breakdown

  • Download a payment order report for each payout to reconcile individual orders with your accounting system

Menus

In the Menus tab you can:

  • Request updates and pricing changes to your menu

  • View your existing menu to ensure accuracy

  • Provide photo updates to our team

Settings

Under Settings you can configure how your location operates on ezCater. Key controls include:

  • Store hours

  • Lead time

  • Daily capacity limits

  • Holiday and temporary closures

  • User management and permissions

  • Notification settings

24/7 support

This tab will give you access to our Customer Service team. There are three ways to reach out for help on your orders:

  1. Phone: (800) 488-1803

  2. Chat: click "talk to us now" to start a chat with a live agent

  3. Email: click "send us a message" to send an email through your Portal


Partner Portal app experience

The ezCater for Restaurants app is built for on‑the‑go order management and driver coordination. It works alongside the web‑based version and uses the same login.

To Do

After logging into the app you'll land on the To Do tab:

  • Orders that need your attention and action will show here

  • Click the action (accept, re-confirm, etc) or click View Order to open the Order Details page

Orders

From the Orders tab you can:

  • Choose a location from the drop-down menu to view orders for a specific restaurant

  • Choose which orders you'd like to view:

    • All scheduled, Today, Tomorrow, All Completed, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This Month, All Canceled, All Rejected

  • Click an order to open the order details page

Order Details in app

Within each order on the app you can:

  • Take action on orders such as accepting, reconfirming or confirming a cancellation

  • Review customer and event details

  • Assign drivers or request Dispatch

  • Confirm menu items and any special instructions

  • See packaging type and headcount so you can plan prep correctly

This makes it easy for managers and leads to stay on top of the day’s catering schedule even when away from a computer.

Store

In the Store tab you can:

  • Review store details, contact information and hours of operation

  • Add temporary closures and edit your lead time

  • Monitor customer reviews

  • View/edit in-house delivery drivers

Account

In the Account tab you can:

  • Reset your password

  • View payments

  • Access support

When to use web vs app

Most partners find success using both experiences

  • Use the web‑based Partner Portal when you need

    • Full menu, settings, and user management

    • Deep dives into metrics, payments, and reports

    • Multi‑location oversight and planning

  • Use the ezCater for Restaurants app when you need

    • Fast order acceptance while you’re on the move

    • Real‑time visibility during a busy shift

    • Simple tools for drivers and onsite managers to handle delivery and status updates

Together, the web and app versions of the Partner Portal give your team the flexibility to manage catering orders effectively from the office, the kitchen, or the road
