Learn how to view and understand your Meal Program performance

Updated this week

Viewing performance

Track your Meal Program performance in the Partner Portal (web):

  1. Navigate to the Meal Program tab

  2. Click the Store performance view

In the Store Performance section for Meal Program, you can view metrics for:

  • On time rating

  • Average order rating from customer feedback

  • Label usage

  • Low rating reasons

  • High rating reasons

Metrics are calculated on a rolling 90-day basis

Use these metrics to:

  • Understand how your restaurant is performing against the performance benchmarks that help keep partners active on the platform

  • See where your restaurant is excelling and any opportunities for improvement

  • Understand how you can better serve customers' needs

Keys to strong Meal Program performance

  • Food is ready on time for Dispatch pickup: have meals prepared and organized before the designated pickup time

  • Always print Meal Program labels and ensure all items are clearly and accurately labeled

  • Follow order instructions carefully, including allergies, modifiers, and add-ons, to ensure order accuracy

  • Monitor your average food rating: reviews provide valuable insight into what customers love and where to adjust

  • Regularly review the Meal Program Performance Scorecard to stay on top of your performance and drive continuous improvements

High-performing restaurant partners receive priority scheduling and more orders! Restaurant partners who are not able to consistently meet these benchmarks may experience reduced scheduling or be removed from Meal Program so that we can maintain a high-quality experience for customers.
