How do I get Paid?

We pay you for Meal Program orders in the typical weekly ezCater billing cycle, which you can read more about here

  • Each Meal Program order is assigned an ezCater order number (i.e. 123-ABC)

  • You’ll see these order numbers in the payment breakdown along with your ezCater orders

  • These orders move into your Past Orders list 24 hours after the order is complete

View your Payments

You can view Meal Program payments in the Financials tab of ezManage, and within each payment breakdown you’ll find the total payment for Meal Program orders.

Payment Order Report

You can export all of the order data from a payment into a spreadsheet to assist with your accounting and reconciliation needs. These payment order reports will include Meal Program orders.
